    shot up to 153.5 lbs over the christmas holidays, now down to 145lbs, 5 lbs till my first goal!

    When i revise i feel like i have to reward myself with food which has recently cause me to gain a lot of weight. i need to get out of this habit but it’s so difficult to stop when you’re so used to something. but i need to do this not just for my body but for myself.
